                  Superior Hair Ponytail extensions are a quick and easy way to up your ponytail game at home! This one-piece product has ultra-easy installation that can take your drab everyday hairstyle to a dramatic, glamorous style in less than three minutes.

                  Simply clip, wrap, and you are ready to go! These easy extensions comes with a velcro base, which adheres together to secure around your existing ponytail. A long, thick strand of hair that is used to wrap around the base. Secure with two included matching bobby pins to ensure a totally seamless blend.

                  Ponytail extensions are ideal for all hair types from thin to thick. These hair extensions are available in a range of unique lengths and over thirty colours. They can last for up to a year if cared for well.

                  All Superior Hair products are made with 100% Remy human hair. These extensions come smooth out of the box but can be curled and styled to suit your needs with hot tools.

                  • Always: For greasy hair, use dry shampoo that is made specifically for hair extensions.
                  • Always: Use a hair extension friendly brush for smooth results when brushing.

                  Never

                  • Never: Over-wash your extensions - only wash them every 10-15 uses.
                  • Never: Brush your hair extensions while they are wet - this could damage them.
                  • Never: Bleach, lighten, or dye your extensions.
                  • Never: Use products containing alcohol or sulphates.
                  • Never: Wear extensions when swimming or sleeping.
                  • Never: Use products made for volume or dyed hair.
                  HOW DO YOU APPLY A PONYTAIL EXTENSION?

                  Anyone can install Ponytail extensions on themselves or someone else at home.

                  1. Style your natural hair into a bun or ponytail.
                  2.  Place the Ponytail extensions over your own hair.
                  3. Attach with the velcro wrap around the base.
                  4. Wrap the wrap-around strand securely at the base.
                  5. Pin securely with a two bobby pins.

                  Installation can take as little as two minutes.

                  SHIPPING AND RETURNS

                  SAME DAY SHIPPING

                  We ship fast! Place your order before 2pm during weekdays and we will ship the same day.

                  180 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

                  We are very happy to accomodate returns and exchanges within 180 days of your product purchase provided that the product has not been opened, worn, or tampered. The seal should not be broken on the product packaging.

                  Please note: All clip in extensions, ponytail extensions, and halo extensions include a tester piece. This allows you to match the colour to your hair without opening the product package.

                  If you wish to return your product, make sure you return all pieces including the tester piece. If all pieces are not received, we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

                  You can email us at info@superiorhairextensions.com. We guarantee a response within 24-48 hours. 

                  If a product is unopened we can exchange or refund, however, any product tampered with will not be accepted as it goes against our hygiene policies.

                  Once we receive your order, we usually reach out in 48-72 hours to get the issue sorted. 

                  We recommend when sending a product back for an exchange/return to opt for tracked delivery so you can keep track of where your item is. If anything happens to your item on its way to us, the courier company is liable for this and we unfortunately will not be able to honour the exchange/return.

                  Sometimes you purchase an item that isn’t quite right, so we’ve made sure it’s easy to make an exchange. Ship back your current set of extensions and let us know what you'd like an exchange via e-mail or over the phone. We’ll get you set up with a new order docket. Please note that courier costs for returns are covered by the customer.

                  We are so sorry to hear that you have received the wrong order. Please contact customer services at info@superiorhairextensions.com and provide your order number and we will assist you further. We are happy to cover return costs to us so we can get your correct order on way.
